Answer:From my experience, they don’t shrink dramatically. I personally chose the same size as my sports bra (I’m around a 34B, 32C) and it doesn’t feel like it shrunk. If the small and medium are definitely too small, go with the large; a little wiggle room is better than being constricted in a lace trap.
